Biography
It is estimated Phebe was born before 1818, daughter of Adam Bowen (1783-aft.1860) and Rhoda (Wooten) Bowen (abt.1788-1855).
Marriage
Phebe married Linsey Castle (Capel) circa 1834.
The birth of Phebe Bowen was estimated as before 1818 based upon her marriage in 1834 occurring after she turned 16.[1][2]
Death
Phebe passed away about 1885. [3]
