Nancy L. Bowen was born in April, 1854 to Stephen J. Bowen and Samantha Yarbrough in Georgia. ^[1]

She married W.G. Smith.

She died, at the age of about 81-82, on January 26, 1936 in Georgia.^[2] She is buried at the Bowen Family Cemetery in Henry County, Georgia.^[3]
