Biography
Daniel was born on 13 Jan 1787 in Waterford, Vermont. He was the son of Peleg Bowen and Usebe Harvey.[1] He and Nancy Rice were married 29 Nov 1811 in Waterford, Vermont[2] He passed away before 1827.
