Peleg was born on 26 May 1790 in Galway, Saratoga, New York. He was the son of Peleg and Content Bowen.
He married Eleanor Green.
He died on 10 Mar 1861 in Darien, Genesee, New York. He was buried in Darien Cemetery.[1]
