Carol Ann Bowen was born on December 29, 1923 in New Hartford, Oneida, New York to Herbert Bowen and Margaret Jones. [1]
Carol's mother died in 1937. In 1940, she and her father, a garage proprietor, lived with her paternal grandparents in Utica, Oneida, New York. [2]
"Carol married Benjamin O. Williams in 1945, and they began their family in the Utica area. In the 1950s they moved to a cabin on Stoner Lake in Fulton County, where they lived for several years. In the 1960s they moved to the Glens Falls area, where she lived until her passing." Carol died at Glens Falls Hospital, Glens Falls, Warren, New York. She was a resident of Queensbury, Warren, New York. [3]
