Johann Andreas Bauer (John Andrew Bower) wes naturalised on 24th of July 1872. His naturalisation papers state that he emigrated on the ship Gottorp in 1857 and was now living at Campbells Creek near Singleton, New South Wales, Australia. [11]
Yet to establish whether Marie Damm accompanied Johann to Australia on the Gottorp or was already resident in Australia. Enquiry sent to Ozm,ariners.
