Susannah was born about 1813 on Saint Helena. She baptised, along with three sisters, on 13 Jul 1813 at St Jame's church, the illegitimate daughter of James Bowers and Maria, save to D Kay Snr.
1 Apr1834 - Bachelor John Maggit married Spinster Susan Bowers at St James. Witnesses - Henry Moyce and Mary Moyce.
