Henry Mitford Duthie Bowker was born on September 3, 1875 in Grahamstown, Cape Colony, South Africa, son of Miles Bourchier Bowker (1843–1897) and Elizabeth Mary Duthie (1850–1923).[1]
Henry died on February 5, 1932 in Grahamstown, Cape Province, aged 56.[3]
