Biography
Tacy Hannah was the daughter of Royal Samuel Bowker and Fannie Smith Bowker. She was born in Pennsylvania.
She married Edgar L. Williams on Christmas day, 1888. Edgar worked for an electric company assembling electric meters according to the 1920 US Census report. Tacy was a homemaker. They had at least one child, Royal Clinton Williams in 1889.
Tacy died in Framingham in 1932. She is buried at the Pine Grove Cemetery in Lynn, Massachusetts.
