Emma was born in 1825. She is the daughter of William Bowman and Elizabeth Hutchinson.

Marriage: Emma Eliza Bowman married John Willmett in 1843 at Victoria, Australia
Death: April 1846, at sea off the Queensland coast of eastern Australia. Emma, her husband and their two young children perished in the wreck of the Peruvian.[2]
