Biography
On 29 January 1860, he married Amanda F (6 November 1839 to 15 January 1916), daughter of John and Phillipina (Fischer) Eby. Served as a teacher at the nearby Bloomingdale school for many years and also served as a councillor and deputy reeve in Waterloo County. Children were:
- Addison Milo, 25 November 1860 to 18 January 1908
- Elizabeth, born 1865 and married Howard Shaw
- Mary Amelia, 19 March 1865 to 17 January 1867
- Louisa, born 1869
- Caroline C, 17 April 1870 to 17 July 1871
Eventually moved to Listowel, Ontario, to become a store keeper. Died of heart disease.
