When George Marion Bowman was born on November 22, 1868, in Knox, Ohio, his father, Mansley, was 39 and his mother, Martha, was 28. He had five daughters with Sarah Belle Clark between 1905 and 1914. He died on May 10, 1953, in Ravenna, Ohio, at the age of 84, and was buried in Lancaster, Ohio.

  • George Marion Bowman died at Robinson Memorial Hospital on May 10, 1953, in Ravenna, Portage, Ohio, when he was 84 years old. The cause of death was attributed to Pulmonary Edema and a Cerebral Hemorrhage.[2]
