Biography
When Franklin 'Frank' Doya Bowman was born on November 8, 1933, in Chattanooga, Tennessee, his father, William, was 42 and his mother, Emma, was 34. He married Ella Elizabeth Walker in 1952 in Collier, Florida.[1] They had three children during their marriage. He died on July 13, 2018, in Fort McCoy, Florida, at the age of 84.[2]

Mr. Frank D. Bowman, age 84 of Ft. McCoy, FL (formerly of Cloudland) passed away Friday- July 13, 2018 at his residence.
Mr. Bowman was born November 8, 1933 in Chattanooga, TN to the late William and Emma Johnson Bowman. He was a retired crane operator in the construction industry.
Mr. Bowman is survived by his wife; Ella Elizabeth Walker Bowman, sons & daughter-in-laws; Franklin & Carol Bowman and William & Shelia Bowman, daughter; Susan Rogers, grandchildren; Greyson Goss, Stacey Bowman, Emily Miller, Colton Bowman, Travis Bowman, and Chad Biddix, and 5 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services for Mr. Bowman will be at 12:00 noon Tuesday- July 17, 2018 at Mt. Olive Cemetery with Bro. George Baker officiating.
There will be no visitation. Family and friends are requested to meet at the cemetery just prior to the service.
