died Friday at Eagle Pond Rehabilitation and Living Center in South Dennis.

He was the husband of the late Rose E. (Barron) Boy.

Mr. Boy was born and raised in Holyoke. He graduated from Holyoke High School in 1938 and from Holyoke Vocational School in 1939. He enlisted in the Navy during World War II and served from 1942-46. He was stationed in Nicaragua. After the war he worked at Westover Air Force Base until moving to South Yarmouth in 1955. He worked as a machinist for Hastings Laboratories in South Yarmouth for many years. He was a life member of the Elks Lodge No. 902 and the American Legion. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.Surviving are two sons, Everett W. Boy Jr. of West Dennis and Frederick Boy of Newton and a grandson.

Visitation is noon to — p.m. tomorrow at Hallett Funeral Home, 273 Station Ave., South Yarmouth, followed at 1:45 p.m. by a graveside service at Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.Memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society, 1115 W. Chestnut St., Brockton, MA 02301.
