Arthur Marchant Boyce was born in 1851 in Ontario, Canada. He died April 16, 1894 in Kalamazoo, Kalamazoo, Michigan at age 41.
Son of Robert C. Boyce (1830–1882) and Catherine Marchant (1832–1900).
1860 United States Census, Bloomfield, Oakland, Michigan: Robert Boyce is head of household, a miller age 31, with wife Catharine Boyce age 28, and children Arthur age 9, Amelia age 7, Henrietta age 4, and Ada E. age 2.
1870 United States Census, Handy Township, Livingston, Michigan: Robert Boyce is head of household, a miller age 40, with wife Catherine Boyce age 36, and children Arthur, a miller age 19, Amelia age 15, Nettie age 13, Adda age 11, Augusta age 9, Robert age 7, and Earnest age 1.
1880 United States Census, Sparta, Kent, Michigan: R. C. Boyce is head of household, a furniture dealer age 50, with wife Catharine Boyce age 47, and children Arthur, a miller age 28, Augusta, a dress maker age 20, Robert, a laborer age 18, Ernest age 11, and Daisy age 7.
Arthur Marchant Boyce married Mary Jane Phelps.
