Biography
John Boyd, the brother of Hannah Boyd Hill, wife of Charles Hill, along with Dr. Hill, (Charles' brother), and one Peter Garrison, (husband of Bethina Hill), were named guardians of the orphaned children of Hannah and Charles after their deaths within a day of each other due to Cholera.

Boyd-4390 and Boyd-8821 appear to represent the same person because: The date of death caught my eye, 8821's will was probated one week later. There were two John Boyds in Sumter Co. The other's will was probated in 1854, Ithink.
