Sarah Ann Buchanan Boyd was born in Montgomery Co., Virginia on Feb. 12, 1779 to Andrew Boyd and Mary "Little Molly" (Buchanan) Boyd.[1]
She married William Fain Foster on June 28, 1804 in Montgomery Co., Virginia.[2]
Together they were the parents of 10 children; the first 8 born in Virginia and the last two in Tennessee. This would indicate that they moved from Virginia to Tennessee between 1815 and 1817.
Sarah passed on 17 Sep 1840 in Franklin Co., Tennessee .
