The Wylie Family Bible was last known to be in the hands of Horace Jeffords, a descendant of Phebe (Daggett) Wylie who loaned the original Bible to Mrs. James M. "Jennie" Daggett because he saw the name Daggett in the Bible. Mrs. James Mayhew Daggett of Broadalbin, Fulton County, New York transcribed the Bible's Records section and made a copy for herself. Her husband James M. Daggett was a grandson of James A. Daggett, son of Mayhew Daggett & Jemima Fish of Glenville, Schenectady, New York.
Mrs. Daggett has been dead for years as is her husband also. I moved from New York way back in 1979 so have no knowledge where the Bible might be now. I am almost 75 years old myself. I have my copy that I transcribed from Mrs. James M. Daggett's copy. After re-reading my message to you that I posted I had to edit it as I had forgot some of the history.
