Boyer-1623 and Boyer-3 appear to represent the same person because: Same location and time period. Notes on Boyer-3 suggest same parents.

Joseph Daoust and Marguerite Boyer married on 7 Jun 1836 in L'Île-Perrot, QC, Canada. He is son of Alexis Daoust (Dahout is spelling used) and Josette Calvé, she is daughter of Paschal Boyer and Pélagie Légé dite Parisien, everyone resident of Île-Perrot. Both spouses are of age, and there is notice of consanguinity. ref Quebec, Vital and Church Records (Drouin Collection), 1621-1997
