"Robin Hambro was an American-born philanthropist and former London Editor of American Vogue who was on the International Best Dressed List.
"Mary Robinson Gillam (Robin) Hambro, née Boyer, who died 14 June 2022, was the widow of Rupert Nicholas Hambro (1943-2021), scion of that landed gentry family.
"She was a daughter of Francis Boyer, of Philadelphia, United States, and married in 1970, Rupert Nicholas Hambro, son of Jocelyn Olaf Hambro (1919-94), and his wife the former Ann Silvia Muir (died 1972), by whom she had one son, and one daughter."
