• VIRGINIA BEACH--Lula Dell Daniel, 75, of 5315 Virginia Beach Blvd., a native of Galax, who lived here 23 years, died Sunday in a Norfolk hospital.

She was a member of the Friends' Meeting of Galax, and attended Fellowship Baptist Church of Norfolk. Survivors include a sister, Georgia Jenkins of Virginia Beach. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, by the Rev. Johnny Atkins. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park.
