Biography

John was born in 1855. John Boyle ... He passed away in 1918.

At the time of the 1900 census, he and his family lived in enumeration district no. 123, Borough of Manhattan in New York City. Their address was “362 battery Street, New York, NY.” Both John J. Boyle and his wife Mary indicated that their parents were born in Ireland.

In the 1905 census, he was 50 years old. He worked as an engineer.In 1910 census, his family lived at 204 8th Avenue in Manhattan Ward 16, New York, New York

In 1918, he lived at 204 8th Avenue in Manhattan, New York in an apartment house where he died.

He died on 26 Apr 1918 of chronic nephritis and general debility following operation for a phlegmonous abcess of the perineum seventeen months prior to death. Buried at 17-23-U-2 at Calvary Cemetery 4902 Laurel Hill Blvd. in Flushing, New York 11377.
