William H. Boyle "Billy" died at 2:30 o'clock Friday morning at his residence. He was a member of the K of P (rest illegible due to OCR) ^[7]

His sister Kathryn was executrix of his estate. In the Vigo Circuit Court. September term, 1953. . . In the matter of the estate of William H Boyle. deceased Notice is herein given, that more than six months have elapsed since the qualification and appointment of Kathryn Boyle as executrix of the last will and of the estate of William H Boyle. deceased, and the first publication of notice of said qualification and appointment Kathryn Boyle, as executrix of the last will and of the estate of William H Boyle. deceased. has presented md filed her account and vouchers in final settlement of said estate, and that the same will come up for examination and action of said Circuit Court, on the 9th day of December, 1953. at which time all heirs, creditors devisees, legatees of said decedent and all persons interested in said estate are required to appear in said Court and show cause, if any there be why said account and vouchers should not be approved. And the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedent and all others interested in said estate are also hereby required, at the time and place aforesaid, to appear and make proof of their heirship or claim to any part of said estate. Witness, the Clerk and seal of said Circuit Court, at Terre Haute. Indiana, this 19th day of October, 1953.^[8]
