Residence : 1850 Mobile, Mobile, Alabama US Census lists John M Bossman[sic] 33 Carpenter born in Georgia, Emily 27 born in Alabama, Meda 12 (M), Nancy 7, Mary 2 and Martha 2, all born in Alabama.[2] In the same year, the Alabama State census of Mobile County lists John M. Bozeman family with one male under 21, one male over 21, three females under 21, one female over 21. [3]
Note: A death certificate of John E. Bozeman (12 Oct 1852- 27 Nov 1934) notes that he was born in Mobile County, Alabama, son of John Bozeman and Emily Bird.[4]
