Goulburn Evening Post (NSW : 1940 - 1954), Wednesday 30 January 1946. Mr. C. Bradbury Well Known Grazier Dead Well known and highly esteemed in the Goulburn and Taralga districts, Mr. Charles Clement Bradbury, of 256 Cowper Street, who was a member of the Goulburn Pastures Protection Board, died suddenly at his home on Monday evening. Aged 62 years, he was a son of the late Mr. C. Bradbury, of Curraweela, Taralga, and possessed of a high public spirit, was actively associated with many different or ganisations during his life time in the Goulburn district. On Monday afternoon he visited the Goulburn saleyards to inspect some sheep, and after an evening meal at his home, collapsed in his chair from a heart attack. In spite of indifferent health over recent years, Mr. Bradbury, continued his association with the P. P. Board, to which he was elected in 1931 to represent B Division, which embraces the Taralga district. On several occasions he held the position of chairman of the Board. He was also a foundation member of the Southern Tablelands Development League. During his 40 years of residence in the Taralga district, Mr. Bradbury assisted with the work of many worthy organisations, in cluding the Taralga Show Society. A church warden, he was a par-ishioner of St. John's Church, Curraweela. He had resided in Goulburn during the past 17 years. Besides his wife, he is survived by four sons, Charles and Thomas (Curraweela); Walter (A.I.F), and Roger (Goulburn); also two daughters, Mrs. D. S. Jones (Goulburn) and Mrs. Victor Burgmann (Beecroft, Sydney) The funeral left St. Luke's Church, Taralga, this morning for the Stonequarry Cemetery.
