Clifford Bradford is a part of US Black heritage.
Guessing Clifford was born about 1815. Not sure if he was born a slave. Have not found him in the census, but his wife Emily Walker is listed with the children in 1850, 1860 and seems to be free. I have no idea if they were officially married, guessed it would have been in 1838 as son George was born about then.
The 2 children I have found so far in birth records, 1 is listed as Free born, and the other is not listed as a slave.
Have no idea at this time when he may have died. I hope to find more information as I add the children. In 1860 Emily has property and money. Makes me think he could have died prior to 1860.
