Josiah Bradley was born about 8 Jan 1722 in Dorchester, Suffolk, Massachusetts Bay, son of Nathan Bradley (1674–1750) and Lydia Harden (1684–1752).^{[citation needed]}

Josiah (30) married Ann Ward (19) (born in 1732 in Dorchester, Massachusetts Bay Colony) on 13 Aug 1752 in Dorchester.^[2] Their known son was Josiah Bradley (1753–1753).

Josiah passed away about 21 Jan 1754 in Dorchester, aged 32.^{[citation needed]}
