Palmer was born about 1921-1922. He is the son of Isaac Bradley.

In the 1930 census Palma (age 8) was the single son of Isaac Bradley in Allendale, Allendale, South Carolina, United States.^[1]

In the 1940 census Palmer (age 19), Laborer, was the single son of widow Annie Bradley in Sycamore, Allendale, South Carolina.^[2]

Palmer registered for the WWII draft on 19 January 1943 in Camp Blanding, Florida. His service number was 34540462.^[3]

Palmer married Elease Rosetta Corbett on 24 Apr 1985 in Allendale, South Carolina, United States.^[4]

Palmer died (age 68) on 15 June 1990 in Alachua, Florida, United States.^[5][6][7] Burial was in the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Sumter County, Florida.^[8]
