Nancy was born about 1833 in Tennessee to Samuel Bradshaw and Jemima Gately.
She married Nathaniel Robertson in 1853.[1] Their children were Samuel, Thomas, William, Maggie and Josie.
She served as a midwife and her signature appears on many early Laclede County birth records.
She died in 1899. She is probably buried by her husband in a now unmarked grave in the family plot at Porter Chapel Cemetery near Competition, Missouri.
Notes
Not sure of source of 1889 date. Laclede Co., probate records have that she would still have been living at the time of her daughter Maggie's death in 1892. Her probate started 7 Jul 1899. Changed death info. to match available documentation. If better sourcing is available, please share.
