Together they were the parents of Marie Sophie "Mariechen" (Braeutigam) Beal, Sophie Braeutigam, Emilie Elsie (Braeutigam) Kott Beal, Martha Mathilda (Braeutigam) Kott LaBelle, Christine Lena Braeutigam, Ernest William Braeutigam, Margaret Gretchen Cornelia Braeutigam, August Richard Braeutigam, Herman Arno Braeutigam, and Bertha Alma Braeutigam.
Richard passed away March 27, 1927 and was buried at Sardis Cemetery in Jewett, Leon County, Texas. [2]
