Biography
John was born in 1821 at Kendal, Westmorland, England. He was the son of Thomas Braithwaite and Esther Thompson. He was baptised on 19 Sep, 1821 at Kendal, Westmorland, England.[1]
He married Sarah Wilkinson in 1842. [2] They had three daughters by 1851. [3]
