Biography

Julia Anne Branagan (married name Rennick) was born in 1864 in Colac, Victoria, Australia, the second daughter of Margaret (Stakelum) Brangan and John Gordon Branagan.^[1] Margaret and John were both immigrants to Australia from Ireland.

Julia married William Robert Rennick on 21 July 1888 in South Melbourne, Victoria.^[2][3][4] The couple had ten children:^[5]

William died in May 1938.^[5]

Julia died on 4 September 1955 in Malvern, Victoria.^[6][7] Her remains were buried at Cheltenham Memorial Cemetery in Cheltenham, Victoria.^[8]
