Sarah was born before 1701. She is the daughter of Francis Branch and Elizabeth Norwood. ^[1]

Notes

Sarah's father Francis's will was recorded in 1717, stating that 4 of his 11 children were still underage (under 16), sons Benjamin and George (both likely 1702 - 1708, based on the assumption that the mother would stop bearing children at 40 years of age.) being 2 of the 4, and it is noted in Ann's grave record that she was born in 1705, making her the third child underage at the time. It is assumed that Martha was born around 1704 so she would also be under 16. Thus, Sarah's birth date must be before 1701. [1]
