Ik ben een Greeter in ruste op het moment. Maar zodra er iemand met interesse in Nederland gespot wordt ben ik er! :)
Wat fijn dat je weer terug bent op WikiTree!
Wikitree kent groepen van mensen met dezelfde interesses, genaamd projecten die op een bepaald onderwerp samenwerken zoals je misschien wel weet. Zo is er ook een groep die zich bezighoudt met Nederlandse profielen. Die groep is genaamd de "Dutch Roots Project" <---- als je hier op klikt met je linker muisknop ga je naar onze Project pagina's. Je vindt daar ook heeel veel pagina's vertaald in het Nederlands. Onze club bestaat uit hele actieve en minder actieve leden maar wel heel gezellig.
Het project houdt zich vooral bezig met het voorzien van profielen op Wikitree, ooit toegevoegd hier in het verleden, die nog geen goede bronnen/reliable sources hebben.
Maar.......... we helpen ook heel graag! Dus nodigen we je graag uit om lid te worden van onze club! Zie de pagina van de DRP hoe je lid wordt van onze gezellige club.
En als je vragen hebt voel je vooral heeeeeeel vrij om me te contacten. We zijn hier allemaal vrijwilligers. Het enige verschil is dat sommige van ons veel hulp kregen (zoals ik) toen ze net op WT waren en hier al (veel) langer zijn dus de weg weten maar je heel graag op weg willen helpen.

Ik kreeg ineens een mail waarin een overleden broer van mijn man werd genoemd en daar stonden een paar incorrecte gegevens in en die wilde ik graag corrigeren. Misschien dat ik nu meer tijd kan vrijmaken voor dit project, nu mijn man in een verpleeghuis is opgenomen. Met vriendelijke groeten, Berti (Brand) Wedman
