Biography

William was born in 1891. (1990 Census indicated born in January while Draft records show June in his writing).

He was the son of Solomon Brandon and Gemina Dean. His siblings include: Jeremiah Brandon , John Brandon, Frances Brandon, Marion Joshua Brandon, Julia (Brandon) McKenzie, Jesse Lee Brandon, Jason H. Brandon, Mary Josie Brandon , and an infant that passed in 1882.

"Willie" married Myrtle Gray on February 7, 1912. Children of Willie and Myrtle include: Elmer F. Brandon, James E. Brandon, Richard Arnold Brandon, Mildred L. Brandon, Noel Ray Brandon, Hazel Pauline Brandon Franks, Paul Carol Brandon, and Leonard E. Brandon.

He passed away in 1966.
