Margaret was born 27 Aug 1927 in Charleston, West Virginia, the daughter of Edgar Brasseur and his second wife, Mary O'Keefe.
Her mother died when Mary was four years old, and she was raised by her father and his third wife, Ida.
She married Robert S. Kepple on 17 Oct 1945. They had two sons and two daughters.
On 20 Feb 2005, in Mercy Jeannette Hospital, Margaret passed away. She is buried at Jeannette Memorial Cemetery.
