Kristian Jochim Brauer was born on 7 Feb 1745 and baptized on 10 Feb. His father was Ambtschuster-Meister Andreas Brauer in Uelzen.[1] His mother was Sophia Dorothea Hempel.[2]

Christian Joachim Brauer (citizen and Amtsschuhmacher in Uelzen) and Catharina Elisabeth Meyer (in Uelzen, daughter of a citizen and shoemaker in Uelzen) were married in Uelzen on 9 Feb 1779.[3]

Ernst Heinrich was born on 11 Aug 1786 and baptized on 13 Aug. His parents were citizen and Amtsschuster-Meister Christian Joachim Brauer and his wife Catharina Elisabeth Meyern. Godfather Ernst Heinrich Krüger, citizen and merchant in Uelzen.[4]

Christian Jürgen Brauer, widower, citizen and Schusteramtsmeister in Uelzen, died on 13 Apr 1799 (aged 55 yrs 10 mo 1 d) and was buried on 17 Apr.[5] As changes of first names were common in this period, it is likely that this is Christian Joachim.[6]
