Albert Henry Braun was born on 26 Jul 1904 in Marjanowka, Rowno, Polska, son of Rudolph Henry Braun (1867–~1945) and Albertine Blonke (1871–1936).
His siblings were:

- Albertine Braun (1905–1982)
Albert married Olga Kemp (born on 7 Oct 1907 in Nowo-Pawlowka, Rivne, Rivne, Ukraine). Their son was William Karl Braun (1932–1992).
Albert died on 25 Jan 1996 in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada, aged 91. He is commemorated at Kelowna Memorial Park Cemetery, Kelowna, British Columbia.
