He is the son of David Bray Bray-4516 and Rebecca (Hallett) Bray Hallet-165.[1] He married Mary Edes Edes-106 12 Nov 1797 in Boston, Suffolk, Massachusetts ,[2]She passed away in Worcester, Massachusetts on 7 Dec 1844.[3]
