Biography

John was born about 1806.

He married Susanna Pasmore on 1 Jan 1825, in Bodmin, Cornwall.

In 1841, at the age of 35, John is living at Black Eagle, in St Columb, Cornwall, England, with his wife Susan age 30 (36) , and their children, Jane age 13, John age 11, Nancy age 9, Walter age 1, and also with Maria Perry age 20, who is probably a servant. John is an Agricultural Labourer.

In 1851, at the age of 47 (45), John is living at Haingess (?), in Padstow, St Columb, Cornwall, England with his wife Susan age 46, and their children Ann age 18, Walter age 11, Daniel age 7 and Susan age 4. John is an Agricultural labourer.

In 1861, at the age of 57 (55), John is living in Newlyn, St Columb, Cornwall, England, with his wife Susannah/Susan age 56, their children Nancy age 26, Daniel age 16, and two Grandchildren John Bray age 3 and Francis H. Bray age 6 months. JOhn is still an Agricultural labourer.

In 1871, at the age of 67 (65), John is still living in Newlyn, with his wife Susan age 66, their children Walter age 30, Susan age 22, and two Grandchildren - Henry Bray age 10 and Emily Bray ( a daughter of Susan) age 1 month. John is a disabled Farm labourer.

John passed away in January 1876, and was buried on 14 Jan 1876, in Newlyn East, at the age of 71.
