Hi Joan,

The Australia Project leadership team are carrying out our annual check-in to see how you are going in the project. We'd really like to thank you for all your work on Australian profiles over the past year! We think we've made great progress in 2020/21 with your assistance.

Please could you reply to this message, to let us know if you would like to stay on in the project and if you are happy with your current role and team involvement. If you would like to do something additional or different, take a look on the Australia Project page to see what other options there are.

It would also be great to get any feedback or suggestions that you have to improve the project.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind Regards

Margaret Haining Membership Coordinator

Hi Margaret, At the moment I am flat out so it may be better that you take me off the Australian Project and I will just keep doing what I am, which is trying to find and put up as many people related to our family as I can. Just found a new one this morning and I have rung him offering my help as he has just joined WikiTree recently. Have a few merges to watch over at the moment. Cheers Joan

Thank you for your reply, and for your interest in the Australia Project in the past, and your past and continuing contributions to WikiTree, they are much appreciated.

As you are not in a position to be an active team member in the Project at this time, we will remove you from the Project list. You are always more than welcome to rejoin at any time.

Kind Regards

Margaret Haining Membership Coordinator

Hello Joan,

The Australia Project leadership team are carrying out a check-in to see how you are going in the project and especially to thank you for all your work on Australian profiles on WikiTree. We really value your participation.

Please could you get back to me by private message to let me know if you are happy with your current role and team involvement within the project or if you would like to do something additional or different. Currently we have you down as a member of the NSW team. If you would like a change, you can check on the Australia Project page to see what other options there are.

It would also be great to hear any feedback and any suggestions that you have to improve the project. On a practical note, if you are a member of the google group, are you receiving messages ok? Also you might consider adding Australia as one of the tags you are following on the G2G.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Gillian, At the moment I am very busy with Inner Wheel and my own family tree. I have added a lot of new members and also adopted profiles that have a connection to the family tree person I was adding and did not have anyone looking after them, so am kept pretty busy. You can delete me from the NSW team if you wish or just leave me there. I am easy either way.

Hi Joan, you asked which bit of Cullen-343 needs sourcing, but there is not a source on there at all, just "family researchers" which does not qualify as a source in itself, so the answer to your question is all of the statements on the profile need a source to support them.
Hi Joan

As I have recently taken-on the role as the NSW Team Leader I thought I would just drop a quick note to thank you and to seek your input.

Firstly, I would love to know if there are any areas that you have an interest in looking at. Some of them might already be listed on the Free Space Page: Australia, Project Management - Proposed New Topics.

Secondly, I would love to know how you would prefer to be engaged and kept up-to-date. I would prefer to keep this as simple as possible and generating minimal emails etc. (if youÂ’re like me you already receive too many!). Whatever your preferences are would be fine.

Thanks in advance

Peter, NSW Team Leader

Hi Joan

On behalf of the Australia Project leadership team, we're carrying out a Project Members Check-in to see if you are still interested in being involved as an active member of the project. In particular, we are ready to launch our new teams for the project. Please could you let me know what team/s you would like to contribute to. A list of teams is on the Australia Project page. Please respond by private message.

We really appreciate your enthusiasm in working on Australian profiles on WikiTree, and thank you for all the work you have been doing. We look forward to hearing back from you and that you will decide to be part of the project as we move forward with the new teams for the project. Regards, Gillian

Hi Joan, I have gone one better and added you as a manager to both of them, (Richard Jurd and Johanna Sheehy), so you shouldn't have any problems. If you do you can email me direct if you like at [email address removed] or use wiki messager, which ever you prefer and we can work them out.

Cheers, Kev Thompson
