Biography
William John "John" Brazile was born about 1790 in Tennessee.
John married Margaret Emily Flannigan. To this union were born at least two possible children; Robert and John.
John passed away before 1830.

We the undersigned do hereby certify that we the lawful heirs of John FLANAGAN, deceased, whose name appears on the cirtificaters and receipts above, do assign the same over to James B.
