Jacob Brecht was born 23 Aug 1908 in Frank, Volga, Russia to Georg and Anna Marie Brecht.
He came to America at age two with his family departing Bremen on 1 Jul 1911 via S.S. Rhein arriving at Ellis Island, New York, USA on 13 Jul 1911.[1] The family came from the colony of Litwinowka, Bjelokalitwinsk District, Rostov Oblast.
