Thank you for upgrading and signing the Honor Code. Janet is off duty right now. I can answer your question. Your father's profile is privacy protected and your sister Tina is the profile manager. You will have to contact her or send her a trusted list request from your father's profile to allow you access to his profile. She is not active on Wikitree and joined in 2015 and only made 3 contributions. You will most likely have to contact her another way besides sending a trusted list request. Someone else made a comment on his profile regarding the profile ID's for your grandparents. It was ignored by Tina as changes were not made.
Please visit our tutorial pages to learn how to use WikiTree: How To Use WikiTree. They will save you time, energy, and frustration as you add your family profiles.
Exploring the site is the best way to learn. One way to do that is to check out the drop-down menus on the top right side of your profile page. Finding a known ancestor and collaborating with the profile manager is another great way to start.

At least now I can say I'm David, Son of David, Son of Quilla, Son of James, Son of James, Son of Richard, Son of William, Son of John, Son of James, Son of Charles Breedlove... Not sure it really wins me a prize but it's fun to say none-the-less.
Let me or Janet know if there is anything we can help with after you look over the tutorials.
