Margaret (Bremner) Jobson was born in Scotland.

Margaret Cecilia was born at 5am on the 5th March 1904[1] at 66 Albert Street, Edinburgh, the daughter of Robert Bremner (a railway Goods Checker) and Alice Bremner M(aiden) S(urname) Molloy who had married 22nd May 1899 at Plaistow, Essex (England)[2].

On the 21st March 1923, Margaret Cecilia married Aaron Jobson at Northumberland Heath, Kent, England. Aaron Jobson, 24, bachelor of 11 Northumberland Park, son of Henry Jobson and Margaret Bremner, 21 [sic], spinster, of 11 Northumberland Park, daughter of Robert Bremner (labourer). Witnessed by Roland Jobson & Robert Bremner[3]

In 1924, Margaret Cecilia was living at 37 Colliers Lane, Erith, Kent[4] but by the 14th March 1925 she had moved to 11 Northumberland Park, Erith, Kent[5].

Margaret (amended to Margaret E. Jobson) was resident at 10 Howbury Lane, Crayford, Kent, England in 1939 and living with her husband Aaron and 3 assumed children (closed). [1]

Margaret Elizabeth [sic], of 35 Stirling Road, Queenborough, Isle of Sheppey (Kent, England), aged 77 years (b. 1904) passed away in 1981[6] and was buried 7th April 1981 at St. Paulinus, Crayford, Kent, England. Plot No. J 36/7[7].

Research Notes

Margaret's birth was registered as Margaret Cecilia but her name was later recorded as Margaret Elizabeth at her death and burial, but this was probably because the informant was unaware of her correct name.
