DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with James by comparing test results with other carriers of his ancestors' Y-chromosome or mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with James:
Died March 197? - I photographed all the headstones at Our Lady of Lourdes graveyard Mullahoran but the full year of death is not legible on my pc. Have to check next time i'm there.
Appreciated as always, Paul! To me it looks like the picture says "died 6th Mar 1978 aged 82", which agrees with his birthdate so I entered that date here. But if you get better info please let me know. (I was just at the graveyard in August but unfortunately this wasn't on my radar)
