Elizabeth (Brenton) Chapman was born in Cornwall, England.

Elizabeth was born in 1802. She is the daughter of John Brenton and Mary Shepherd.

She was Baptised at St Issey, Cornwall on 15 August 1802.[1]

Widower John Chapman married Elizabeth Brenton, both of the Parish, at St Allen, Cornwall, England on 26 June 1825 by Banns. Witnesses Paul Vincent and John James. [2]

Daughter Mary Ann Chapman was Baptised at St Allen, Cornwall on 12 May 1828. John (Farm Labourer) and Elizabeth lived in Killivose, St Allen. [3] Mary passed away in 1832, aged 3 from Killivose, St Allen and buried at St Allen on 3 January. [4]

On 20 April 1835 James Chapman and Mary Ann Brenten Chapman were Baptised at Perranzabuloe, Cornwall. John (husbandman) and Elizabeth lived in Marsanvoes. [5]

On 6 June 1841 John Chapman (40) Ag Labourer, wife Elisabeth Chapman (40) with children John Chapman (15) Ag Labourer, Jane Chapman (12), James Chapman (8), Mary Chapman (6), George Chapman (4) and Francis Chapman (1) lived in Marazanvose. Perranzabuloe, Cornwall, England. [6]

Son Richard Chapman was Baptised at St Allen, Cornwall on 15 April 1842. John (Labourer) and Elizabeth lived in Perranzabuloe. [7]

Her husband passed away in 1845.

On 7 June 1861 Sarah Ann Nancarrow (26) Dressmaker and lodger widowed Elizabeth Chipman (52) Cook lived in Carnbrea, Illogan, Cornwall, England. Living next to her were her children, James Chipman (26) Miner, Mary Ann Chipman (24), George Chipman (22) Miner, Frances Chipman (20) Miner, Richard Chipman (18) Miner and Alfred Chipman (14) Miner.
