Biography

Mabel May Bresette was born Apr 1890, in California. She is a daughter of Riley Bresette and Sarah Gunn.

She married Albert Kester, 07 Nov 1908 in San Luis Obispo County, California. [1]

In 1900, the family was living in Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo County, California. Parents Riley and Sarah, children Roy, Mabel, Wesley, Clifford, and Ira. Also living with them was Riley's brother Lenard, Riley's father-in-law Charles Gunn and mother-in-law Ann Jameson Gunn. [2]

In 1910, Mabel and Albert were living in Santa Maria, Santa Barbara County, California. [3]

Albert died in 1917. In 1920, Mabel and her daughter Helen, were living with her brothers Wesley and Iva Bresette in Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo County, California. [4]

She married Herbert Arnold, sometime after 1920.

On 12 April 1940, Herbert and Mabel resided in Salinas, Monterey County, California. Living with them was Helen Arnold. [5]

Mabel passed away in 1956. She is buried in the Garden Of Memories, Salinas, Monterey County, California. [6]

  • Mabel died with name of Mabel May Arnold. She had child Helen in 1914, then husband Albert Kester died in April 1917. With small child, likely she remarried quickly, possibly. Will (asap) begin to look into Arnold marriage.
