With the multiple first names, there are a couple of different options. One is to put them all in the Proper Name box (and copy it to the Preferred Name box). The system will probably give you an Error, but just "Save Anyway"! :) Another option is to put one name in the Proper Name box and the rest of them in the Middle Name box. (even though they aren't "middle names").
