Biography

Journalist having worked in print, broadcast and online as a reporter and manager. Was a BBC regional political editor and political and parliamentary correspondent. Was one of a small team to launch BBC News Online in 1997 and went on to be managing editor before leaving to launch CNN.com International EMEA. Was a launch consultant for Al Jazeera English. Currently working as a media strategy consultant in transition and post-conflict countries and areas where the media is still developing.
